SPR# GCHN646PDR - On Linux, when a fault signal was delivered, a context block that will supply the PSW, registers, etc, of interrupted process was expected. We have seen cases where it's address is 0 on input, and the code did not handle it, causing a second fault. This fixes the case of the missing context block; we will not double-fault.
